ok a few updates on my short trips to malacca and taiwan last month.

went on a one day trip to malacca with damien and zr. first time i go to malaysia by car! so cool especially when we get to accelerate up to 173km/h. wth it was freaking fast man and the car was like flying lol. yup we went to have the famous malacca chicken rice ball for lunch. it was awesome! after that, shopped around and i wanted to buy the durian puffs but it can only be kept for 6 hours so didnt not bought it in the end. but it was so fragrant must definitely buy it the next time! so we went back to jb instead because it was getting late and we must plan our time properly before the sky and roads gets dark. went to have dinner at some roadside stall near city square and the food there was super cheap and good! after that went to have dessert before heading home.

15 to 20 May
went for a short getaway to taiwan with wil hary dar nyuk and qw. the pictures are in reverse order. lazy to arrange again. first night transit at msia and slacked our time there. totally waste of time lol shld have spend the money on another night in taipei.
a fews places that we went were ximending, the famous shopping street and also the ever famous ahzhong mian xian!. raohe night market. shilin night market with the awesome food especially the chicken cutlet and the taiwan susage which were all in gigantic size!. danshui street. fisherman wharf with the beautiful scenery. taipei 101! sadly now become world number 2 tallest building. the holiday ktv which is 1 million times better than kbox in terms of price food and sound effect and everything totally owns kbox man lol! leofoo theme park which we went on the wrong day and the sky drop ride was closed! shop and shop and eat and eat all day long and we almost exceeded our luggage limit. lol we checked in like 6 huge boxes!

Time passes so fast, today is the 9th june and so many things have happened. in another 3 months i will be in school again. but for now, here are some of the past events.

went to the navy open house at changi naval base with robin and zr to visit my long lost ship RSS punggol lol. this is the first time i went back after since i ord. really brings me back alot of memories, especially the stupid things that i did last time. gonna miss everyone and i know the ship will no longer be the same without me hahaha.

Next, was 4E2 gathering on 28th may. thanks everyone for making an effort to make this once in a while gathering a success. this time round was alwyn. first time i see him since we graduated in sec 4. met and had dinner at a jap restaurant in tamp sports complex. after that was chilling out at my house! played many stupid games and shiyong was the most violent one keep hitting my legs until they were super red lol

And lastly was gary's birthday celebration last fri 4th june at costa sands chalet. had a great time there chatting and playing till gary went super drunk and started talking nonsense which noone could understand lol

Birthdays and farewell party

Seems that i have been updating my blog only for birthday parties. haha but that's the only time when i take most pictures and it's only when there are pictures to upload and then i will start blogging. A post without pictures or videos is so boring.

yup, so here are some pictures at nyuk's bday in feb. followed by claire's 16th last week. planned a surprised for her at giraffe restaurant and bar. it's a pretty cool place. the ambiance is just awesome and better than timbre which was where our initial plan was but sadly it was fully booked for the night. And the day before happened to pass by giraffe when we were walking from orchard all the way to city hall after shopping with Evlin for claire's present. we popped in to have a look and the first impression was good hence decided on this place. managed to surprise claire with the dedication of birthday song from the band that was playing that night. Definitely a great day with great people. happy birthday claire!!

next was my twg colleagues jeanie and isreal's farewell party as they are going back to Philippines for their graduation. had a great time and this is also the first time that i went to a pub in lucky plaza. lol totallly different from the previous ones that i went. even though i met them for like only 3 weeks, but i'm still gonna miss them without seeing them at work anymore. so to the 2 of you, all the best for the future and hope to meet again someday yeah!

nothing much for now, work and driving most of the time now. and off to Taiwan in 15 days yeah! and driving test soon please help me!!!

Year 2010 is a year when i'm going to get broke very soon. why this is because everyone that i know is turning 21 this year. had quite a few birthday parties and many more to come!
but yup i love attending birthday parties, great to meet up with people whom i have not been seeing for such a long time.

really miss my 6-2 friends and it's amazing that we are still able to meet up and chat and laugh about our past stupid things that we did and the teachers too that we created trouble and made fun of. Happy birthday kathryn and crystal and thanks for organising wonderful birthday parties!

Another one that i went was wynne's 21st! it's quite amazing that she held hers at her home! although a bit squeezy, but i can see the joy and laughter everywhere. happy to meet up with drama seniors and juniors as well. hmm maybe i can consider organising mine at home too. it's so much more convenient and more meaningful in a way!

okay time for some latest updates. enough of slacking at home doing nothing everyday for 2 months. i'm going to start work at twg ion! pay's a bit low but just to keep me occupied temporary at least for the whole of next month! hopefully i can last that long hahaha. so people pop by and visit me yeah!

Happy chinese new year everyone!! chinese new year was great for me because a few days before the new year i passed my ftt and finally got my pdl which means i can start to learn driving!! can't wait to start my lesson next monday!

chinese new year was spent in batam just like every year because most of my relatives are in batam. enjoyed playing and hanging out with my 20 over cousins!! went out with my older cousins to a pub and had a few drinks and played pool. one of my cousins was damn pro in it and i lost to him like almost every game lol. oh yeah and i just found out that there were clubs too in batam. maybe should take a look in future. but the main difference between indonesia and singapore is the rules and regulations. in batam, we can do what we like as long as we have the money to pay for it. this is so great and so we were able to play fire crackers and fireworks every year unlike in singpore where we could only look and not touch them. and yeah i have also learnt driving from my uncle illegally lol. a really good experience and head start for me to be able to drive a car and hope my instructor doesn't get a shock next monday when i can already drive in my first lesson lol. batam is really a nice place just to relax, sit back and enjoy life. free from the everyday stress at work that we all get. looking forward to next year!

tuesday was a meetup with the ever great and wonderful friends that i met in taiwan 2 years ago. finally everyone of us were able to make it this time and took a group pic together! met up at my house and we played a few games before taking our lunch at tampines one. shopped around before heading over to minds cafe at safra. our next meetup will be to the universal studios yeah!!

all in all, a brilliant chinese new year for me and hope it goes just as well for all of you out there!

ORD LO!!!! yeah finally ord-ed last monday on 8/2/10. the feeling of getting to touch my pink ic after 22 months is just so awesome!!! it has been 22 months since i enlisted on 9/4/08 and i still remembered that emo day which i went to tekong not knowing what is going to happen to me. 22 months of going through all the shit and listening to commands everyday and now here i am a carefree man again!
after tekong i was posted to navy and this is where the journey begins for me. one year in the navy has really changed quite abit in me. be it good or bad, i had a memorable time sailing onboard RSS punggol. people there were fun and nice people to be with. been to 2 overseas exercise in dumai and in batam. enjoyed my time there although i missed home too. life is great but of course there are times when i really hate and dislike some of the things and rules that they implemented. well, this is part of the saf and in the saf it is the rank that matters. the higher rank you have the more power you get. and this is the part which i dislike the most and that's why i will never never sign on for the saf no matter how much benefits they offer. not now and not in the future because i ORD LO! haha.

okay, had a bmt section 3 meetup on 9/2/10 last tuesday at timbre. really glad to be able to see them again. they were the first of the friends that i made since the day i enlisted. we slept in the same bunk, been through field camps, road marches together enlist and ord together! yup, had a few drinks at timbre and talked about all the stupid things that we did in the past and we had a good laugh over them. highlight of the day was darren. he claimed that he did not like beer and prefered alcohol and could take 5 shots at at go. so we decided to test him out with 3 shots of barcadi 151, which contained 70% alcohol lol. true enough we won our bet and he puked when we were about to leave. haha and so he went home instead of joining the rest of us and we went to play lan before heading back home.

great day and great fun that i had, hope we would be able to celebrate our ord aniverssary together every year yeah!

4E2 GATHERING

it's been almost 4 years since i last saw them. and finally a 4e2 gathering on 30th jan! great to be able to see and meet up with one another again. many of them have changed like wow no longer the same sec4 looks. miss you guys alot and miss the times when we stayed back together to decorate the class, winning events together and got scolded and complained by teachers together also graduate as a class together! this is a little part which makes up my life and i will never forget them.
so yup, we met up at vivo and had dinner at mussels guys before heading to the roof to have a little chit chat session. though not everyone could make it, but it was good effort! more to come yeah =)

a few more updates before the new year. finally got to meet up with my pri 6 classmates and mr chong ever since we have graduated! omg it's like almost 10 years ago la. really glad to be able to still recognise most of the faces after not seeing them for so long! yup, we met up for dinner cum xmas celebration at joyce's house on 27dec 2009 . had really a great time chatting and talking about our past. looking back at the stupid and funny things that we did back in those days. those are the memories that i treasures the most. updates on ourselves during dinner time and after dinner we decided to play games as there were too much food left so the loser of each game had to eat a portion of the leftovers. fair enough , i did play my part in that lol.
hope there will be more of such gatherings to come!

Next, celebrated my birthday at orchard with my taiwan tour mates! havent seen them since feb and it's been 2 years since we first met in taiwan. and we are still meeting up now and then. how cool can that be! haha. had dinner at crystal jade because i was still not feeling very well. after that it was followed by a surprise birthday cake and present. it is also the first time that i receive this kind of present lol. after that headed down to walk along the streets in orchard road enjoying the xmas lightups before evon sends us home in her bmw! thanks!

7 days since i came back from korea and here i am blogging during new year's eve. well, have not been too good since i came back. got diarrhoeafor the first 2 days which is during xmas! recovered and then got sore throat and fever till now. argh.
yup, Korea trip was great! saw snow in jeju island and every meal never fails to have kimchi served together. the korean bbq food and ginseng chicken was awesome!
the negative things were the shopping, because it is in the winter season and every shop pratically sells only winter wear. and also because of winter i could not enjoy the most of the fun in everland and lotte world as most of the rides are closed. so conclusion, go to korea during the summer!!

a little update

nothing much for the past month. S16 chalet last week from 4 to 6 dec. finally had a chance to meet up with them. really surprised and shocked to see some of them and to think they would actually appear at the chalet. nevertheless, glad to see you guys and it's great just to meet up with friends once in a while and chat and laugh over the things that we did in the past.
really enjoyed the games that was planned on the first night, played till like almost 4am before we could start sleeping because the aim of the game was that the winner could sleep on the bed! but unfortunately some ungentlewomen like sarah and lulu snatched the bed away and in the end the winners had to sleep on the floor. lol! and the best game was that we had to approach outsiders and take pictures with them. i bet that they think that we're crazy lar haha.
played games on the second day too but spent most of our time sleeping and watching tv in the end.

yup, that's it for now. hope that i'll have a fun time at korea. departing on tuesday!
and lastly, countdown: 2 months more to achieve freedom! hahaha.

KL TRIP

okay, finally have some time and interesting things to update. came home super early today. went to work for 2 hours and can go home already lol.

anyway, just came back from a short KL trip from 1st to 3rd nov with zr, roy and jc. i was initially a budget trip as we only spent like $200 each for the air tickets and 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom suite at ascott hotel. the hotel room that we stayed in had 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a dining hall and a kitchenwhich is almost as big as my house! but the best deal was the $40 two-way air ticket! the actual price was $0 ! so we only had to pay for the airport taxes. this is so much better than taking the slow coach which takes six hours to reach compared to 45mins by flight. morever we could even take the earliest flight there and the last flight back.

however, i spent quite a bit on expenses there. spent like $250 on shopping and food! totally madness as there are just so many shopping centres that are bigger than those in orchard road many times lol. chinatown was also a good place to get good bargains but never never bargain too much and end up not buying their stuffs. they will scold you " babi butoh!" and "fuck you!" LOL cant believe they actually curse and swear at customers.

next, we also went to play at the indoor theme park in berjaya times square. the rides are so much more thrilling and exciting compared to the pathetic escape theme park. and since we went on a weekday, there were not many people so we had a chance to keep going for the rides. we actually played the bumper cars for like freaking 5 times? haha.

yup, that's all for now. back to reality again. this is getting boring day by day. nevertheless, looking forward to celebration in 3 months time!

Great! finally i can upload pics and start to blog again. blogger has been malfunctioning for the past few days.

okay, just a quick update on a few events. hmm, had a s16 minds cafe outing at tampines safra on 150809. had really a great time there playing many funny and interesting games. however, there are even more "funnier" things lol. after we went home, we found out that one of us actually "stole" the board games from minds cafe and sabo another friend my putting it into his bag. the worst thing is that the minds cafe people didnt know anything till the person confessed and return the game to them. seriously a joke la if it was me i would just let the matter rest since it's over and noone knows about it. morever, i can open minds cafe at my house and everyone can come and play anytime in future! hahaha.
yup, other than that nothing much and we had dinner at a coffee shop nearby and watched soccer. more pictures below and thank you sarah for them!

HAPPY 44TH BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!!!

it's been a long time since i last updated. finally a long weekend for me due to national day. for the past few weeks and months have been the same for me. work and work and work. and because of the stupid h1n1, i am given even more extra duties for every month. however, i dont see a point in that because h1n1 can spread anywhere and anytime and there is even a cure for it already so i find that the new system of extra duties to prevent the spread of the epidemic useless and stupid to an extent.

anyway, going down to suntec tomorrow to have a look at the travel fair. kind of interested to make a trip to korea end of the year. the last time i went there was like almost 10 years ago la. and it seems to be quite a popular destination. winterrrr!!! yeah i love it man. hope i can get to see snowww!

just came back from bangkok last sunday. 4 days trip from thurs till sun was really fufillling indeed. basically it was shop and shop and shop! shop from MBK to platinum square to pratunam to the mall and all the night markets. can safely say that i have covered almost all of the shopping malls in bangkok already lol.

yes, and i lived in the tallest building in bangkok. the baiyoke sky hotel. and we live on the 72th floor space zone which is like almost right at the top! and the scenery at the 80th peak floor was amazing especially at the night! okay here are the pics...

nothing really happened much for the past few weeks. had been working everyday as usual which sucks. but well, no choice sooner or later it'll be over. had some sort of misunderstanding recently and i hope the people involved understand my problem and not to blow up the matter. yes, it's partly my fault and i will learn from this, trust me.

had a really fun time meeting up with few of the s16 peeps last last sat to celebrate belated birthdays for joseph and alvin. dinner at seoul garden. after that went to chill out at the esplanade. took many stupid funny and crazy pics lol. sarah, please organise next gathering ok? and don't be so evil can! hahaha.

just had my interview for nus comp engrg this morning. overall, it was rather okay except some of the questions that i didn't expect that they would ask. so, lesson learnt, always PREPARE fully before you go for any interviews! this is to prevent hiccups and pauses which i obviously did. anyway, really hope for the best but i am still really hoping and waiting to get ntu's call. till then... will update again when i receive good news( hopefully)

nothing really much happened for the past few weeks. great to meet up with my soccer buddies every sat morning just to catch up with one another and playing soccer. after that even went to daryl's house for lunch because his grandma was so kind to cook for all of us and i dont even know what occasion is it for or it is just random lol..

anyway, met up with by bmt mates on fri! omg time really flies and it is already our one year anniversary!!10 more months and we are out! glad to see changes especially those who became officers and we are supposed to call them sir which i finds it weird lol. yup, we were stuck at plaza sing because of the stupid heavy rain and the movie slots are all full. so we decided to have ben & jerry's instead! nice! thanks cy, abriel and jl for the treats. after that, the rain was still so freaking heavy and there was nothing much we could do at plaza sing and so we couldnt care anymore and just dashed across the roads with the rain pouring and to paradiz to play lan. played warcraft and battlefield and totally got owned by the computer lol.

hmm, feels so tired with all the sailings and sailings. especially so for the next week where i will be going to dumai from mon to fri. did some research on the place. and it is definitely not the place that interests me at all. nothing to play at all and no shopping malls zzzz. there are only villages around. but since i have to go there, hope that i can get the best out of it and also to have a good experience.

oh my gosh, feeling so tired now after the running of 2.4km this morning and doing pullups this morning. now my whole body is aching like crazy. well, this shows that it's time to step up my training sessions as the ippt is just round the corner and i wouldn't wanna fail it. more great news today, ship has some defects that needs to be rectified so it will not be able to sail at least for this week hahaha.

hmm spent the whole of last week at ndu fishing everyday. lol and i just realised that opposite of sembwang is actually johor lar. omg it seems so close that i think i can swim over lol. damn cool la looking at sunrise and sunset everyday and the kelongs and kampongs over at jb. the only bad thing is that the water there is freaking dirty la. confirm is from the people on the other side that created this lol..

finally have a full weekend to spent fruitfully without any disturbance! met up with claire sis and cj on saturday at cityhall to get a surprise gift for evon who left for korea yesterday for 4 months omg! walked around and looked for stuffs while waiting for evlin who is forever LATE and expects treats!! lols. couldnt decide on what to buy initially because she seems to like have everything. but in the end we thought of a great idea! we took many pics with our cam and went to edit and develop them before putting them onto a huge and giantic card! haha damn cool lar shall upload them when i get them from evlin.
yup so after decorating the card, went to have dinner at soup spoon before chilling out at the outdoor fountain at suntec. took pics of the card and many crazy pics of ourselves especially the jumping one which looks so spastic la. really unglam la that people around us were like thinking wth are these crazy people doing hahaha.

yesterday night went to airport to send evon off and surprise her as well. great to see that everyone came and we could finally have a group pic! took many pics and chatted alot too. and evon better place the card somewhere that you can see us everyday! lols.

tomorrow will be work as usual. busy week ahead, sat kena shit duty again and sunday sailing! argh which means this weekend is pratically gone again haiz. well, endure and time will pass. 11 more months! =)

well, life has been of ups and downs these few weeks. just came back from a 1 week major exercise. if i am not wrong i have been out at sea for almost everyday until finally came back today. and please, i hope not to get anymore unnecessary phone calls telling me that i am activated again. wth la i remember i almost wanted to fall asleep on my bed already then a phone call came and i have to be back in ship in like 1 hour. omg and from tampines to tuas is so freaking far lar.. please please please i really need a break from all these crap. working overtime 24 hours a day and i dont get ot pay. worst, what i get are only more scoldings for the things i do wrong. and i was damn angry yesterday that i finally couldnt take it anymore and just quarrelled with some freaking idiot who thinks he is always right. pls la, if i have a choice, i wouldnt be here in the first place, worst still see you everyday. haiz, anyway, after all the sailings for the week, i will be expecting a break today and monday off if nothing goes wrong! meeting up with my taiwan holiday friends and we are planning a surprise heh.

omg the more i listen to my blog song the more i start to get emo. lol reminds me of so many things that happened. especially in j2, in chinese drama. ever since i joined i have never regreted once! all the hard work that we put in, the many and close friendships and memories that were bulit up that i will definitely not forget for my whole life. and the staying up till so late everytime just to rehearse even though instructor always comes late. really want to thank all of u guys for everything. now that everyone has taken a different path, hope that we will make the right choice and most importantly stay positive and happy!

yup, went back to batam to visit my relatives and cousins. get to see them only once a year, really miss them alot! cant stop eating and playing all day when i am there. ps2, pool, soccer, basketball, computer, and karaoke all in one house can you imaginee!!! lol, how i wish i can enjoy that kind of life forever, become king le la hahahas. oyah, we played fireworks and crackers at night!! really damn fun and cool lar, something which can never possible happen in singapore man.. sadly did not take any pics this time. next year i will !! haha.

alright, back to business. work as usual again. more sailings coming up. feb will be a busy month as i heard there will be a sailing for 2 weeks wth which means i will be looking at the sky and waters for 2 weeks omg i hate this. and i just cant hate some people who dont understand others. keep scolding me for mistakes that i done. ok lar can scold but sometimes it's a bit too much la and not everyone is as good as you right. people need time to adapt and learn. not everyone is superman please. and this thing keeps coming everyday which is why i dread going to work everyday. haiz but what to do, i am stuck in this fking job for one more year and after that i am goona fk off from this place and never come back again.

so for my new year wish, just a simple one which is wishing for year 2010 to come! really cant wait till that day man when i can finally do what i want again =) and not keep listening to losers and obey what they say! argh.

firstly HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!!
finally 2009 has arrived and i cant wait for it to past faster and year 2010 to come so that i can finally regain my freedom! for your info, that's my greatest new year wish and how i wish it can happen immediately lol.
yup, yesterday night went for countdown at marina bay with harry wil and kamen. watched bedtime stories where i spent most of time sleeping because i was so tired and we were sitting at the 2nd front row and our heads were like facing upwards for the whole show! for the ratings, it's just an average show to me. after that went for dinner and saw qw spen and favian. lol so qiao la saw so many people on the same day. saw yangann and shujuan at pool and saw the act cool gang at esplanade lols. actually we wanted to go to the esplanade to get the best scenery for the fireworks but the entrances were all blocked damn.. so we went out to the open field and camped there. as usual, it's not suprising to see so many banglas squeezing around with us because they can finally have their night's out after working for the whole day at the construction of the IR nearby lol.
right on the dot of 12am, fireworks start shooting up into the night sky. it was an absolutely magnificant sight! especially towards the end when the fireworks keep getting bigger and louder and brighter! omg damn nice la. for people who missed it, don't worry i have the video for you taken first hand by me! lols.
yup, after that made our way home and saw treviz alone. lol so sad la watching the fireworks alone because he arrived late so was blocked by the police as there were too many people le.

oya, a quick update on the drama chalet on tuesday. had a great time and happy to see everyone again! although not many came. but nevertheless glad to know that everyone is fine and doing great. so sad tancheeboon never come because he is gaying with emma and ben now in taiwan i suppose LOL. bbqed ,played cards, chatted with the seniors and juniors then suddenly saw nic weien and ken. lol so funny la they just came to walk walk only then suddenly saw me. i was stunned for a moment too la haha. left early at 11 with wynne and xinee cos i need to work the next day zzzz..

but yay because i have off day tomorrow! which means i have a long weekend this week !!!

it's the new year eve once again. a few more hours to 2009!!! just here to update some of the things i did in the past week.
met up with my beloved tour friends on sunday and we went to play at sentosa in the morning! played vball and bball under the big red hot sun. damn hot la the sun especially towards the noon as the sands get so hot that we have to hop or way around lol. yup after that we went to take the skyride up to the top and took the go kart down. so funny la when we were posing for pics on the way up we keep looking upwards because we thought that the camera was on top but actually it was beside us only so end product was that our faces were all facing upwards hahahaha.
in the afternoon went to mind's cafe to play! the games were so interesting that we can stay there and play for hours. especially the coconut game, everyone so jian la keep don't want to let me win but luckily my memory is good so i won! lols.
after that around 6 plus we hang around to wait for evlin to come after her work. but after awhile it was so late le and so claire ken and evon left because they have dinner elsewhere. so the rest of us went to bugis to meet evlin. omg and she brought 2 huge choco cakes along for us! thanks so much man! and that irritating evlin keep cheating then say she taller than me.. EVILin you are shorter than me lo hahahaa!!! ate pasta for dinner and strolled around at bugis and i saw shanyong! lol. then we came across swensens and we suddenly had cravings for icecreams. and we had free scoops of ice creams because it was my bday!!

ohyah, we have decided that our meetup session have changed to the second weekend of every month instead of once yearly which is so pathetic la hahah. remember our date ya and hope to cya soon!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!!

yes the time of the year has come again for the exchange of gifts and well wishes. and once xmas is over means the new year is coming, means that 2009 is coming and means that 2010 is approaching nearer!! cant wait for 8/2/10 to come when i can finally regain back all my freedom of doing whatever i want to hahaha..

well, this year's xmas for me was rather different than previous years. had a pre-xmas ship dinner at paris marina sq on tues. dinnner was buffet style and it was awesome with so many food to choose from. had a gift exchange session after that where we had exchange gifts that we brought. it was suppose to be a minimum of $10 but somehow i saw some which cost even lesser than $5 lol. lucky i didn't get that gift sia.. but in the end i exchanged a mug for a jewellry box. quite okay la but then not much use of it to me so i gave it to my sis as xmas present hahaha!

xmas eve yesterday was spent pubbing at outram with the e2 pals. drank and sang till like 2am and the pub is closing so we had to end. but we couldnt go home at 2am because there is no more mrt and taxi's midnight charge is super scary. so we decided to walk to dobhy ghaut to get a night rider. lol but we gave up halfway because it was damn far and we were almost like half asleep. so we decided to stop halfway at clarke quay and enjoy the singapore river! lols. and we slept by the river side till the first train service starts how cool is that!

reached home at ard 7am and i slept till 11am which is today before going to my cousin's house for xmas party! haven't been seeing them for some time already and they have all grown so much. oya, found out a new secret too hahaha. but not secret anymore since it's already openly shown to everyone.

alright xmas is going to be over soon which means by bday is coming LOL!!. but i dont seem to be very excited this year because i have to wake up at 5am tomorrow for work again argh..

ah a quick update now before i wont be around for the rest of the week.

things happening last week. last sat went out to play soccer in the morning and afternoon went to watch twilight. omg this is so far the nicest show that i have seen la! hope the next part of the show comes out soon!!! so people, please go and watch it if u have not done so.

later that evening went to s16 bbq. okay i thought i was already late at 630pm, so i went to ws to wait for shang and treviz. guess what, shang arrived at 730pm and the bus just went off and we had to wait for a long time in order to catch the next one. but LUCKILY, we met our forever best friend which is tan chee boon!! hahaha, so in the end we got a FREE cab ride to the bbq pit at pasir ris park.
yup, great to meet up with MOST of them because only like 18 of them went which is like slightly more than 2/3 of the class which is indeed quite good. more than i expected. but of course, the EXPECTED few did not come AGAIN. okay i shall not NAME those peopleee. make you all feel more guilty. LOL! glad to see that everyone still look the same and still BEHAVE the same hahahas. hope to meet up more often yeah! hopefully in 10 20 years time we would still be able to meet up so that i can really see changes in everyone. especially hope to see sarah become more white and kiddy lulu to be less kiddy! HAHAHA.

okay shall stop here now because i have to start studying. damn it, how i wish i can quit my damn job that i am doing now. really fking pissed off and stressed up and tiring everyday. some people just cant think for others. okay la maybe we still do not know one another well enough in the one week so far. haiz have to go sleep now. waking up at 5 am tomorrow. tomorrow duty, thurs and fri sailing. sat freaking duty again! so i will only be back on sunday. wish me all the best please and i really wish that all this shit will end as soon as possible. i have suffered enough, feel like self destructing anytime!

haiz. today is the start of 2 months of my OJT life and it sux big time. i have to pass this big hurdle before i can finally become a posted ship crew and get to enjoy it's benefits. so for now, i have to endure and do all the shit that comes to me and i hate it alot but well, i don't have a choice anyway. the reporting time for me everyday is already enough to kill me. 0730 must report, which means i have to wake up like freaking 5am everyday and i get to go home only at 615pm which means i reach home at 8pm!! this is like wth la i go home everyday just to bathe and sleep only. haiz. worst still, every 3 days i have to do 1 duty which means i have to stay overnight and have to continue work as per normal the next day. for your info i have to start doing duty tomorrow which is only my 2nd day omg!! AND doing every 3 days means i have to even do at least 1 weekend duty which is a full day duty every freaking week!!!
lastly, first day only and i have many tasks undone and waiting for me to do like memorising 35 different names and appointments. and many many tests coming up.
WTH LAR can i just kill myself and forget everything.

gosh, had 12 hours of sleep last night can you believe it.. omg came home yesterday and decided to take a SHORT nap but i just fell asleep all the way so that shows how tired i am. yesterday was the best day and the last day of my harbour prac at tuas so it was a half day work! lol. had a mini cohesion lunch at jurong point pizza hut. yeah, jurong point seems like so far away from tampines but guess it'll be mostly my hang out point for most of 1 more year! damn, how i wish this coming 1 year can pass quickly and especially OJT which is in about 2 more weeks and it is going to be a 2 more hell months of training to finally becoming a certified ship crew. okay back to point, after lunch went to some place at choa chu kang to play lan and my team won all the games haha. so after 2 hours we left and this is when i realise how careless i can be. i actually left my ezlink card at the shop and i only found out when i was on the cab home and already on the expressway omg! luckily jx was still walking home and called him to walk back to the shop to take for me. this really scare the hell out of me la as i have lost my ic once already. thank god it's still there.

hmm yesterday night met up with weien qw nic and gg. kinda last min and we decided to watch city of ember since it's the earliest one. quite a nice show. but can you imagine people living in darkness for years without even knowing how beautiful the outside world is. so treasure what you have and see now before the world is gone forever. yup after that we sat at coffee bean and chatted till around 1am before going home.

well, the past one week was not really well because i fell sick on monday and took mc for 2 days. had fever 39degrees and i really feel like dying and weak. okay good thing is that next week i will be having 2 days leave on thurs and fri!

This week is the best week of my working life because i got to stay out the whole week as i had to go to tuas for some training on the ship. hmm reporting time was pretty early at 0830 considered the fact that i live in tampines and i had to wake up at 0545 everyday!! but the best thing is that we can pack up and leave once we had learnt our stuffs for the day and yesterday was the best as we left at 230pm omg!! hahaha more of it to come next week too! but i reached home at 5 as usual because i live so FAR and i slept throughout the whole journey to and fro. and best la i sleep and wake up already the train still havent reach yet haiss. the 2 hour journey is crazy la!! cant imgaine how am i gonna endure that in future... worst still, mrt fare have increased and i spent $4 on the mrt trips everyday. i am going to get broke la earning a pathetic $500 a month which is worst that a bangla worker hah.

well, just heard news that i got a new baby cousin to play with! her name is Loryn btw and i have a total of 27 cousins just from my father's side alone. big family eh, that is why i always look forward to family gatherings! especially chinese new year where i get to see them and play with my little cousins.

ooh and my uncle is getting married next week. cant wait for it to come. long time since i last attended wedding dinners!

okay this week had been a relatively short week for me because friday was a class gathering party cum cohesion day at ecp so booked out on thurs! yeah, we had games and bbq. but the rule is that everyone had to get wet no matter what. so, even before the bbq started everyone started aiming for each other throwing others into the sea, even instructors were not let off hahaha. hmm, after that was the sandcastle competition had each team had to build a sandcastle to the knee length and had to be creative in the design. the best part was the last event which was the throwing of water bombs. each team had 2 representives to be targets for the rest to aim at. this is the most fun part as everyone just aimed at one another frantically without caring who lol. this was also the fastest game to end. we spent like half an hour filling with the plastic bags with water and we only spent like 3 minutes throwing and playing the game haha.

yup, just came back from changi after watching soccer and dinner at the coffee shop with guoguang nic wil gab and kamen. stupid la went there at 630pm to book seats just to see manu lose. sigh. hope that there will be improvement in the next one.

hmm that's about it. hope there will be harbour prac next week so i can stay out!

wow a long weekend of 4 days is now coming to an end so fast omg... how i wish this can continue forever and ever with no worries. but i know this is impossible and life has to go on.
well, played soccer on saturday. reale2 was unfortunate to lose because we were like playing with only 10 men for most of the match cos nic keep getting cramps and toe bleed. yup, lost 6-4 not a bad scoreline eh improvements i shall say haha. after that watched tropic thunder at tm. nice comedy cum action show.. many stupid actions and this is like 100000000000+++++++ times nicer than BURN AFTER READING AND CLOVERFIELD lols.

yesterday went to play golf with my cousins at marina bay golf course. quite happy with my progress as this is the 2nd time i am playing and i manage to hit 80 metres not bad eh haha. thanks to my uncle's brilliant coaching skills. actually golf is not an easy game to master. it requires alot of techniques and skills and also patience. but once you can do it, it is actually very fun as it feels good to see that the ball can actually go so far. it is also a good form of exercise and it trains the upper part of the body which is why i am aching all over when i woke up just now.

okay off to do some revision before exams arrive in 2 weeks zzzz but before that i wanna wish everyone a very HAPPY DEPAVALI and especially to sarah both happy depavali and happy birthday tommorow!! HAHAHAS =)

after what i have seen today, i conclude that life is very precious. everyone of us may have lots of things lots of money lots of everything, but we have only one single life. one mistake and everything is gone. well, just came back from one of my batch mate's wake after he passed away in an unfortunate accident. unlucky i guess, maybe it was his fault or the driver's fault. it was quite a saddening experiencing having to witness the whole ceremony which was also my first time. yup it was really an emotional scene for most of us especially when we all bidded farewell. well, what's gone is gone. what's left are memories and we wont forget them forever. learn from mistakes and live our life to the fullest!

okay off to sleep and i have to wake up at 545am zzzzzzzzzzz. tests and more tests coming up hais.

just came back home again yesterday after worrying for 2 days that i will be confined over the weekends. this all started because of some stupid people who just don't know how to think and hence the cwo complained that our cabins and accomodation are so dirty that we have to stay over the weekends to clean. it's like wth lar i also never dirty the place why must i clean for others. anyhow smoke everywhere and anyhow throw litters, caught in cabins during lesson time and overslept in the morning are some of the examples. why these people just don't have the brains to think and why must everyone be punished which is so unfair. come on lar if like that hire cleaners for what. but it is true that the place is dirty as i happen to saw a rat jumping out of the dustbin the middle of the night which gave me a shock of my life! so so so, in the end everyone had to pay the price and go back early this sunday at 130pm to clean the whole fking place which i feel it's a fked up idea and which means i have to miss my manu match argh.
the next coming week will be hell yeah. rounds conducted on sunday wed and on friday commanders rounds which will be until 11pm. wtf la so late already how to go home. really no brains lo.

okay, besides that, lessons were rather okay. but i am now indeed really worried that i will fail my morse code because i just cant catch anything and the flashes are just going too fast. die la and there is still a huge stack of notes to study haiz. and exam is just next month!!!! omg someone please help me....

alright a quick update of the past week for me. i have graduated from jrc(junior rating course) and i am now in a new course yay! i am going to be a future comms(commmunication) man on board the mcmv(mine counter-measure vessel). in short, everyone must listen to whatever i say and the messages that i pass down! hahaha. but sad lah my stupid ship is in Tuas naval base and i will be posted there in another 2 months time and i have to travel to and fro everyday from tuas and back home which is like 2 hours journey wthhhhhhh can die la!! which means i have to wake up at 5am everyday??? OMG this is crazy.
but lucky la heard my ship is quite slack de. the most travel 3 days come back le. lol waste time lar look for underwater mines, as if singapore will go to war and guess you know what i will do during war hahahaha. but first i must endure this 2 months of shit. i have to memorise 68 different international flags, the different ships and their numbers and morse code!! ahhhhh, as if it will do any benefit to my future like that haizz.

okay this coming week will be a long week for me because i sway sway kena stupid duty on friday when it is the book out day!!! till then.

yesterday went out for dinner with some of the s16 peeps. long time no see eh! met up at cityhall and we took a super long time to decide where to eat. at first, we happen to walk past food court and somehow the next moment i find myself sitting down inside the foodcourt. i was like WTH, call me come all the way to town just to eat at food court and go home. super waste of my time lar. luckily in the end we finally decided to eat at some hongkong cafe, the same one that we ate with tancheeboon the previous outing hahaha! damn funny la i will never forget it. okay, after finding ourselves seats and ordering food, i had to wait for another ONE HOUR before my food arrived. must be wondering what sharkfin or abalone i ordered from USA right need so long to come. stupid lor baked rice also so hard to cook ar. seriously feel like complaining sia. but i never because i am GENTLEMAN. agree totally right hahaha!

yup after that hanged around at marina square. wanted to watch movie but the gv there sux so little shows only and almost all full house already. so we went to play arcade instead. haha didnt managed to break the high score of the picture game though because the screen lousy so blur de.. played till around 11 then went home with chris and ys. stupid lo we walk here walk there and took like 10 minutes to hunt for the bus10 bustop.

well, i am blogging now because i have nothing and cant think of anything better to do hahas. having my block leave now leading a meaningless life till next tues. actually i was quite happy because i finally have the freedom of what to do at home. but i ended up eating sleeping watching tv and playing computer and psp and getting myself fat all day. really unlucky to have block leave this week when everyone is busy with either school army or work and here i am wasting my time at home all day finding things to do to kill time. what a sad life right.. i just cant wait to end this misery and start school again. it is only when i go school that i get to meet many new friends where we had joy and laughter together studying and playing.

just came back from night street soccer at simei. lol playing in the night is just so cool la. not hot at all. somemore raining so weather is the best. after that went to eat supper at kopitiam instead of simpang because it was a bit far. saw abit of pool match. wth la gerrard score last minute haiz.

okay update for the week. just completed my firefighting course at jalan bahar fire academy. damn xiong la must wear the suit which makes you keep perspiring non stop. it is worst when we had to fight the fire and put on the mask and the oxygen tank on your back. so freaking heavy like fbo la. and fighting fire is no joke man. when the fire is strong it can even penetrate through the firefighting suit.
next, completed the damage control course at sembawang ndu camp. it was rather fun though as we have to get wet and learn how to block water from entering the ship during emergencies. there was once when we tried to cover a hole on the floor but the water pressure was so strong that even 6 men couldnt block it and we ended up flying away lol. oyeah saw alvin there too. ndu's clerk shiok la haha.

okay shall end soon because i have to book in in another 6 hours. kena stupid guard duty la. but heng next tue have 1 week block leave! and monday after water carnival can go home le. haha so it will be a slack week. lol actually everyweek is also slack la.

although i am one day late but still, Happy belated 43th birthday singapore!! and happy birthday to weicong today!
feel so lucky to stay in singapore where i have so many great friends around. and it's also because it's national day and that's why i have one day off tomorrow yay!
initially today gonna have dinner with cj fx evlin evon but was cancelled due to LAST minute changes again! yup, now i really know how hard is it to organise stuffs and why in the past i really hated it when organisers and my instructors screw things up and keep making changes. we shouldn't be blaming them at all because it's not their fault. now i understand why promises are always broken. and now i understand why it is so important to keep to promises because it's just so hard to accomodate everyone.

upcoming event for the week, fire fighting course this wed to fri. i am gonna be a fireman. think when the ship is on fire, i will be first to run lar hahaha! and i need to train up too to build up myself. have been slacking for the past 2 months basically eating and sleeping all day with LIMITED excercise omg this cannot happen !

yes yesterday finally was the first time i get to book out on friday after passing swimming cat test for so long! and finally because it is the passing out ceremony day! after 6 weeks for life in the navy, i find myself a step up and closer to ORD! yeah i know it's 08/02/2010 and still long. zzzzz. well anyway i got my new vocation which is command and communication. good luck to me lar got to STUDY at the same old place again for 6 more months!!! damn sian la! and so sway i kena the vocation which has the longest course with stay in!

okay today plan to go to sentosa early in the morning but ended up there at 11am and the sun is freaking hot especially the sand lar step already feet like going to burn. played vball and soccer and swim. stupid leh wanna sun-tan become sun-black le lar. lols. left in the afternoon and went to vivo to walk and shop and eat carl's junior. this is my first time trying and the meal was damn worth it because the burger is so huge and nice.

omg tomorrow jason mraz is performing in songfest at fort canning park! but so sad the tickets are all sold out...... but i am still a number one fan all time!! hahahahs.
oh yeah, gonna go on a psp hunt with weijie tmr! here i come psp!

damn, can someone please tell me what to do. can someone please save me! argh i really cant believe i am studying right now. so many things to remember and i must pass the test this wed! i hope that i can get into a vocation which gives me more free time to spend outside instead of rotting in camp or worst still, staring blankly into the deep blue sea everyday, which is going to be my fate for the next 19 months. omg, please please please i really want to hear good news!

okay, just managed to get back home yesterday morning because of some screw ups by my instructors. they told us that we cannot book out on fri night because they have already ordered breakfast for us and so we had to consume them. what a stupid reason to give lar. as if we ever eaten the breakfast every saturday when we could sleep till 730am. haiz, really hope they have some proper planning in future and not always make last minute changes.

went out at night for dinner with s16 peeps. as ususal, the expected people did not appear. but this time our "beloved" teacher mr tan cheeboon came!!! OMG. i spent most of my time laughing lar. really cannot control sia. long time never see already still the same. yah, people who know him will know what i am talking about. hahahahahaha!!!! yup, had a great time catching up with friends. just realised the importance of friendships. friends make us laugh and makes us cry. and i really treasure the friends that i made ever since i came into this world. so just 2 words"thank you" to everyone whom make my life so colourful and i really appreciate everything, even little little things which i may have neglected. yes of course i must also thank god for being able to be what i am today and i will live my life to the fullest!

alright, time to continue studying zzzzz. and going for a swim with weijie later! and of course booking in again and start my boring, sad and emo life for a week again.

okay some happenings for this week. booked out on saturday after another 5 days of rotting and slacking in camp. well, this is pratically my life for this 2 years. in a few more months time when i am posted onto ships life would be even "better". yes better, because i will get to enjoy the sea breeeze and sceneries everyday looking into the oceans and deep blue seas for days or maybe up to months!

haiz okay back to topic. yesterday went out with s16 peeps to have some fun at settlers. lol some of the games that we played were really retarded lar. yeah we went for dinner and chatted for quite a long time. especially the army people talking about which vocations we are in now and comparing stuffs. and i can finallly conclude that guards is the worst. omg the trainings are really crazy lar. heard that many people couldnt take it and they all went to down pes. haha. this is so unlike in navy, totally opposite. how i wish now that i can find something productive to do everyday instead of slacking in bunk and looking at the four corners of the room, at times looking at the sea enjoying the breeze and many thoughts will start running through my mind. yeah, maybe i shouldnt complain too much, well that is what human beings always do. i should be satisfied with and treasure what i have now before everything is gone and over. so people, dont give up easily, look forward to the bright future ahead of you!

today went to visit my 5th uncle at the hospital as he had kidney failure. it was really kinda sad that both of his kidneys were starting to disfuntion and he had to go on dialysis for the rest of his life. yup, lesson learnt, never pick up and get addicted to smoking and drinking, they can really kill you and are very deadly.
after that went to meet up with drama peeps for the junior's farewell party. i was rather surprised to see so many changes in people after not seeing them for so long. of course everyone knows about jiahui and hmmmm... okay better not say too much before she come and complain again hahas. okay lar jizhen still no change still as ............. lols. yup, great to see the new juniors coming and stepping in to bring chinese drama to greater heights. yes, we must continue the winning spirit guys! hope to see you guys again.

haiz okay have to book in later at 2300 and i have to pack my stuff now and play some game first! haha.
something to look forward to for this week is the half day off this friday! which means a "longer" weekend!

thinking thinking and thinking, sometimes things just doesn't go the way u want it to. well, it's over and we just have to learn to adapt to the life ahead of us.

yes, i am now in navy. future changi naval base system operator. currently on a course in the institiue of maritime operations and systems at general naval training centre echo class. okay, was really shocked when i first entered on monday as it didnt turn out to be like what i expected. there are many people from different backgrounds around me. some of them are much older than me and everyone has different education level. so on the first day i was like emoing at one corner most of the time, feeling at a lost what should i do as i find it very hard to communicate with people so much different from me. yeah, it was the worst day that i couldnt even imagine how can i live there for 2 years which is like so long away...............

well, but lucky after a few days of activites together, i felt much better and i also realised that it was not so bad afterall. i get to know many different people from many different places and also know them better and their characters. as i always believe, it is fate that brings us together and fate brings us apart. so just take things easy and do the best out of it and not reject any decisions.

okay, back to the things that i have been doing. navy is like a slack camp. we are like spending 60% of our time studying in lecture rooms and classrooms, 30% of time eating and sleeping as everyday day after 6pm is free time already, and only 10% on physical activites like some stupid morning exercise which i barely perspire at all and also swimming and SOME running. crap, if it goes on like this, my life will be like damn boring and no different from going to school. just one word, BORED, and i am feeling that i am wasting my time and life everyday doing nothing productive.

yep, finally can book out on friday next week as we have to go visit some fort canning park for national education which is wasting of time again. and i have guard duty also haizzzz... so that's all for the upcoming events of the week. hope that everything will go on smoothly.

back from hongkong on wednesday and i am only blogging about it now.. hurhur..
yup, it was very fun because there was ocean park and many shops!!! shop shop shop! yeah.. this is the advantage of going on a family vacation because i dont have to think twice before getting anything. haha. didnt went to disneyland because it was rather small and not really nice and worst still, raining everyday!!! argh.. spoils the mood totally. have to even shop around with an umbrella which is so troublesome! anyway managed to get a pair of shoes and many tee shirts. i like the one which says" I LOVE HK!" the most ahahahas. went to the peak of hk as well, it is the highest point in hk where you can get to see the beautiful night scenery of the whole hk from above. cool!
okay. just gotten news from cj that the taiwan pals outing is cancelled today. kinda expected it already from the response earlier. anyway hope there will be another chance again to meet up which i dont know i have to wait for how long...................... hahas.
well, got my posting for army yesterday. ken called me in the morning to ask me when i was still sleeping on the bed fearing for the worst that i will get into guards or infrantry which i hated. haha but when ken checked for me that i got into naval combat system operator i was like shocked and woke up immediately! omg i really cant believe it la. now really hoping that this vocation is a slack one which many people say.. but i really hope so man! best if can come home everyday. haha but seems very unlikely la.. anyway there will be no more field camps! no more road march! no more soc!!! no more camo!! yeah man!!

finally i am back!!!

finally POP yesterday and i am now free for the next 12 days!!! except for tomorrow which i kena some shit guard duty because i was accused for chao genging.. wth la please la i dont always report sick and morever my attendence is not the lowest. so please stop saying i slack this one never do that one never do. fked up seriously.

now for the happy occasion.. the feeling for graduating and becoming a private and no longer a chao recruit is so great! well, all these have to come to an end and i am now looking forward to the posting next week. although i hope for a simple job, but the chances are indeed slim.. haiz, so just let fate decide where i would go since i would not be going sispec or ocs.

okay i just came home yesterday afternoon and i have go back again in 2 more hours. haiz this is just my life man...

things that happened the past 2 weeks..
went for field camp which is the worst that i have ever experienced. no bathing for 6 days and having to sleep in shell scrape which is a hole that we dug.. and out of the 6 days it rained for 2 days which made us all drenched. and we had to endure in the wet and smelly clothings. having to prone in positions where there are many insects and creatures.. there was once i had to prone onto an ant's nest! the feeling is totally shitty and there is this huge giantic spider that i saw.. we had to eat field rations for 6 days too and they are food which are preserved and cold. omg this is hell camp la... worst, i still have to go outfield for sitest this friday!!!! ahhhhh.

friday was unlucky day because i was chosen randomly for guard duty. well it was a good experience for me. we took turns to guard the rocky hill camp from 7pm to 7am. first 2 hours was sentry duty where we are supposed to sit in some kind of security guard post looking out for suspicious characters like mas selemat. totally boring that me and cy started talking crap until we had nothing to talk and starting smsing until we were totally bored. 2 hours seem so long.. the next 2 hours is tiring as we had to do prowling. we had to walk around and around the whole camp site for 2 hours! crazy la and we got caught by some commanders as we were resting.. lucky they did not report if not i will not be at home now already haha.. the only nice thing was the scenery at night. looking up into the sky there were many stars!!! and i finally had the chance to see the orion belt!!! omg totallly cool la and there was full moon that night too!

alright, this shall be my last update for this week. will be back at tekong, ladang ave 1, viper coy level 5 bed 12 in 8 hours time. haiz no choice but have to be back after spending 2 days on mc because i am down with the combo virus of flu cough sore throat and fever. well, feeling much better now and i am ready to go again! hahas. just a little worried that i have to redo some of the other activities with other companies which i dont even know a single person. and it will definitely be difficult to work with people whom i not know. anyway, hope that i do not have to do them as i do not have any plans of going to command school anyway. i just wish for some vocation which do not require much effort and 2 years to pass faster!! hahas.

okay that's it for now. will be back in a week after the torturing field camp where we do not get to bathe for 6 days and eating food that is inedible starting this saturday. omg lar..

alright finally found some free time to update some news for recent weeks. because today is labour day! haiz but have to be back to the far away land at tekong in 5 hours time. what kind of labour day is this, i have been working so hard everyday and i am only rewarded with a pathetic few hours which half of it is already spent on sleeping.

yup, anyway i am in the viper company which is one of the most"xiong" around in tekong. fancy waking up everyday at 5am and doing so much shit till 930pm non stop everyday. if only i was in some slacker company like leopard, life would have been so much better. well, there is no other way out of this and i have no choice. just hope this ends soon. 2 years seems sooo long!

okay at least i have something to look forward to everyday which is saturdays, the only time which i can lead my own life. haiz but gonna be confined for another 2 weeks starting next monday because of field camp which is considered one of the worst activities. can u imagine not bathing for 6 days! omg lar...

alright once i wake up tomorrow it will be a totally a new start of a new life for me. having mixed feelings right now. happy because i will finally have something to keep me occupied with everyday but sad because i am going to lose my carefree life. haiz. anway, totally enjoyed the last 2 days of my civilian life!

yesterday went out with JSG for hotpot culture buffet at marina square! as usual ordered lots and lots of FOOD till the people keep staring at us. lol cmi la especially the desert time. u wont want to know that we 6 people actually gobbled down 40 scoops of ICECREAMS!!! omg!!! seriously sick and crazy lah. eat until i so filled up.

okay update from the previous entry, yes i PASSED my basic theory test!!!!!!!

YES I DID IT!!!!

omg the feeling is just to great when i saw the pass on the computer screen. i was so nervous at the beginning when i just started doing lah, so afraid that i would fail because i was unsure of a few questions. so i kept rechecking the questions after i completed them. yes so happy that i got at least above 90%, who knows i might get full marks lol. okay one obstacle gone, and i am on my way now to achieving my dream of driving a big car! haha.

today went to play soccer at simei. went late because i woke up late as usual and ate lunch late. and i actually rained when i arrived, so played not much. haiz stupid weather, i have only 6 more days left and you still wouldn't let me do what i want. haha yup so i am going to start filling up my all my time for the next few days starting tomorrow going out with jsg. okay la almost everytime with them since everyone seems to be not free. tomorrow sakura!!! yay.

okay before i start to mug for my basic theory test which is tomorow!!! shall update about a few things.

met up on saturday for dinner with evon, evlin, chujun and fengxiang at suntec's nydc. they are the greatest and wonderful friends whom i met in taiwan. it has been a long time since we last met up and as usual started crapping. especially Evlin, with her non stop cravings for CHEESECAKES, WAFFLES AND ICECREAMS!! haha, who wouldn't since it was my treat. lol. other than that we also gossiped about many stuffs, and most of the time the target was me! wah wad kind of frens lah keep aiming at me non stop! hahas anyway after dinner cj and fx left for their grandparents house while me evon and evlin walked around aimlessly until we ended up on the sofa seats at starbucks. we didnt bought any drinks and we sat there talking happily! lols. and Evon kept complaining about how she failed her driving test because of this and that and she went on and on and on.. haha and bacause of that she had to wait for another 3 months before taking again. well, best of luck and i hope to get a chance to sit in your new car soon!! yup, so we chatted till almost 12 and decided to go before we missed the last train and i dont want to spend a bomb on a taxi. yeah, took many pics too, okay some of them scandalous but they are NOT true, bear this in mind! and stupid evlin, face the fact that i am taller than you lah!! hahahahas. okay shall post the pics up later. cj, when u see this faster send me the pics can!!!!

just cant stop laughing when i see this pic because liyu is stuck in the fish-like thing at the playground. we went there to have a chat after our dinner. as you can see, busy lulu and xinee are trying to pull her out!! hais should let her get stuck there forever lah! LOL.

okay, the above all happened on saturday. went to east coast with joseph bernard guohao liyu liyue marcus chris ryan and emmanuel. as usual we were super late for like 1 hour and liyu emma and ryan had to wait for us. haha. went for cycling instead of roller blading which i wanted to learn so badly but noone to teach me. cycled for like 1 hour and stopped to teach joseph how to ride the bicycle! lol, sorry to laugh but i cant believe a person so old who cant ride a bike. haha. after awhile, it started to rain and stupid marcus and ryan were not back as they went dating on the couple bike. and luckily they came back on time just before the rain started to pour heavily. so we took cover at a shelter and we played stupid games like challenging one another eating the chips that we bought as there were so many left overs. lol after that went to eat steamboat for dinner which xinee came to join us after work. and after dinner went to nearby playground and liyu got stucked! hahahahas.

okay i just started a countdown to my remaining days left to tekong. 16 more days!!! omg it is coming so fast!!!

okay kinda feeling frustrated right now over some matters! sometimes things just doesn't go the way u want them to. and i hate it when i have to think of a solution of it! argh, okay forget it.

just came back from Bangkok last week with weien terence and qiwei. it was a 6 days trip and we lived in a family suite at a hotel which is so damn huge. we had 2 bedrooms and a living room which we used it to party also every night!! alright, the first 2 days we pratically got scammed by a person called TOM! please lah think we stupid charge us twice the amout for travelling the same distance as when we take the taxi. okay well, even the taxi drivers tried to scammed us. he told us that 4 persons taking the taxi cannot charge by the taxi meter. it's like wtf, i have never heard such things before lah.

time passes so fast. A levels over. now waiting for army. yes april 9 is the day!

but i will going to bangkok in another 12 hours! finally time for a break before life goes on again. time to get stressed in national service, stressed over whether i can get into NTU. omg really pray hard that engineering acccepts me please. after getting a degree, working life begins until the day i am gone from this world.

well, nothing much happenings the past few weeks. had been wasting my life all the time. spent most of my time playing enjoying and idling at home. leading an aimless life. going out with JSG most of the time because we are the jobless gang. haha.

S16 bbq on saturday which i will miss. think it would be very boring obviously because i am not there. lol!

omg, the day that i have been waiting for for soooo long has finally arrived!!!! i have to really thank changi airport for this. because i was posted there on monday and tuesday and i totally screwed it up! good thing that the SM there was the those guailan type. and i hate that sickening place. even going to toilet i have to inform them. is like wth fked up la. so the cb indian SM came over to me and said" so are you still interested in working or not? if not i send u back to orchard now since you dont like the job." so i said a "NO!" okay that's it, i was send back and i knew the time is coming already for me. and finally on thursday it's a YAY! well, dont really care about it anymore and i am glad that i am out of it!!!!

went out with JSG to settlers yesterday. played many many games! the games there ranging from different types of board games and card games are just awesome. and yes, i just hate quick thinking games! argh.

okay. recording breaking news. for the past 2 weeks, i have only worked for 1 day per week. lol. taking leave have been becoming kind of addictive. but the problem is whenever i call in and apply for leave, they just say" orh, okay". joke, which means they dont even bother whether i report to work or not. looks like my plan B is going to fail again.....

a day to remember was 14th feb. went out with weien ken and qw. it was a last minute plan to watch jumper at plaza sing. so when we went there, found out that the shows for the day are ALL FULLY booked!! wth, it was a weekday and everyone has school or work and still fully booked. screwed up vday. then walked around until we ended up at Bugis. decided to play dota at lan till around 6 before heading to marina bay. and guess what, the steamboat is CLOSED. not one but all the stalls!! so ya crap, and we went marina square for dinner. surprised to see emily along the way. walked around searching for a place and finally managed to get a seat after 1 hour at hotpot culture. and finally the fun starts. and the mastermind of course is weien. he kept ordering food after food as it was a buffet. in the end, leftovers were like enough to feed me for 3 days! lols. and there was a couple beside us. while we were eating halfway, they starting quarreling and the girl slapped the guy and said " i don't want to eat already!" wah, sounds serious. but we started laughing. lol CMI lah. we kept ordering food, yes i love the icecreams and marshmallows best!! eat until throat so dry and kept drinking water. overall, the dinner was the best. ate until so bloated and didn't feel like walking.

as we didn't managed to watched jumper, we watched it in the end on friday at cine.

spent yesterday and today practially rotting at home. went to pay my grandpa a visit at NUH. just had his operation on the heart because 3 blood vessels were blocked. really saddens me to see him in such a state. everyone only has a life. it is so precious and take care of your own body.

okay, time to update about the recent weeks.
work work work as usual. and i am getting to hate my work already. seriously, just screw this job up man, i dont give a damn anymore about it. have been giving me headaches for the past couple of weeks just thinking of how to quit or getting sacked. and big boss still told us to stay and learn from this experience. it's like wtf lah, how am i going to tolerate a person who thinks she is so big and start bossing around like she's the big boss when she is the same rank as me. worst of all, going around to smack ass. i just cant stand the sight of that bitch man. haiz, so currently i am waiting to get sacked, which i dont know if it's the right thing to do but i just cant think of a better solution for now. vexed.

well, chinese new year was great. at least it gave me a breather from the sickening place at orchard. stayed in batam for 4 days. totally enjoyed. played fireworks, rode motocycles, sing songs in a big karaoke room, play pool and ps2. omg, my uncles houses just rocks la. this is what i call life man! love my cousins too, though i only get to see them like once a year.

okay so after cny, it's back to reality. currently on a 2 day leave because i hate to work with some people. haiz, feeling so vexed now. dont know what to do now lar. just wanna get a stable job and earn money for holidays!!! and heard that results is going to be out next week. AHHHH, have a bad feeling about it. okay that's about it, dont feel like saying anymore...

alright, shall update what i have been doing for the past week.
finally got a job at the mrt station! last whole week was training. omg, this is the "best" job training i have ever had. okay la this is my first job training anyway. but it is so slack until i have nothing to say la. all thanks to our instructor GK Lee! meet at admiralty station at 9 and go home at 430. in between are breaks and breaks. and games and shopping! everyday different shopping centre for breaks. causeway point, junction8, admiralty place, and the last day at ngee ann poly openhouse! lol. can u imagine a break of 3 hours! omg. and we still get paid for shopping! lmao.

but sadly now the actual work starts. morning shift from 645 to 245 and afternoon shift from 315 to 1115. i got orchard station which is already considered the best compared to the other stations. although i had to travel so far everyday, but the people there are great and nice people to hang out with. being a customer service assistant is very tiring la. stand there whole day and give directions to blur people who cannot read simple signs. and some people still insist on going their way. so fine let them do it the hard way! lol and everyday can get to see friends. so far managed to see eelen jack sarah huiyun ziqi. the moment they see me they started laughing! what so funny this job rocks la! haha. lucky can get to slack also. sat met nic at toa payoh hub for dinner.wah still though there is a shopping centre. in the end, just rows of shops zzzz.

today is my off day! planned to go shop for cny with nic weien and ken. in the end didnt managed to see something i like and we watched cloverfield. wah pls man this show sucks to the core. so damn boring until i slept almost throughout and i dont even know what is going on. worst, shaw theater sucks.

haiz. okay shall end here. working from tomorrow till friday before my next off day. so people if u are free, please pop by at orchard mrt station! i will be glad to see you and help u in directions! haha.

alright. while waiting for manu to start at 110am i shall blog about what i did for the past few days.
places i went: orchard, orchard and ORCHARD! towning has been becoming part of my daily life. went there like almost everyday la can you imgine. walked from far east to cine back and fro for countless times. shop, EAT and movies. think i had already watched like 4 movies in 1 week. lol. going broke very soon. hope my job interview would be a success. so i can take mrt for free in the future! haha. we had already planned to go central to shop once we get our first pay! yes, cny is coming too, which means new clothes! wah think i really have to stop splurging all away my money. i want to save one de. but haiz temptations everywhere.

went out for dinner with 2e2 ppl ytd for dinner with ms lim. it has been a long time since we met her. chatted while eating. laughed too as we talked about the stupid things we did last time. like throwing erasers at people, eating sweets, for weien is throwing water bombs downstairs until police came, play fire extinguishers in class etc. cmi lah seriously dont know why were we so playful in the past. ms lim, still looking good and heallthy. thank you so much for changing me into a better person. these are the memories that i will keep forever. 2e2, u guys are the ones who made my life more interesting and exciting. hope we will get a chance to meet up again.

went out with s16 people to marcus house. played ps2, and texas before going to bugis to find kiddy lulu. after that went for dinner at some restaurant which is supposedly cheap compared to other places and the food was nice too. and yup, thanks for the gifts too. especially thanks to weicong and yingshuang getting me some face mask thingy. u think i know how to use ar. and why would i want to use it! lol. yup, received many chocs and titbits too. thank you lots! oyup, took neoprints too(below)

went to watch avp2 at tm. as usual, the real e2 people are always slow in deciding things. everyone was late in meeting! and worst, we walked around aimlessly for about half an hour before deciding on a place to eat! but okay lah, pepper lunch was nice.
after that decided to go to qw house. on the way we changed our mind and decided to visit och. and on the bus we decided to go to orchard instead!!! so can u see how indecisive we are. then we alighted at seng siong to get a carton of spray cans which we intend to sell at orchard as it would gain huge profits as we bought it at a super low cost. we even got plastic bags to pack them nicely. lols. then took the bus to orchard. super ex la the express bus. at orchard, we looked around and realise that selling such stuff is illegal as noone was doing it. so we just sat at a corner displaying our stuff. but guess what, our benefactors came! a bunch of teens came up to ask and bought like 15 cans! omg 50 bucks straight away. and it was enough to cover ur cost already.lol. so we went around spraying the banglas with the other cans. fun eh.
after everything went to had prata before goin to qw house. watched xmen till i fell asleep. went home in the morning.

oya, just realised that my ez link card goes" tit" instead of "tee tit". haiz sad la. now go out must consider le. and must always remember to tap the card, if not money will be gone for nothing! lol joke money. but it also shows that i am mature now. an adult! yeah! haha.

nothing much happened today. went to the cage at kallang for soccer at 9am. guess what everyone is as usual late. with people like wilson u can just imagine. lol. yup, kinda enjoyed today. scored a couple of great goals. keeper was excellent. if not i would have scored more! haha.

just realised that my ez link card is going to expire at 31/12!! gosh, which means i have to use the adult card which is so expensive! well, no choice. time to accept the fate. ns soon. sad life. just wondering what are they doing. fancy calling me back again for some lame checkups on 4/1! haiz, this is definitely wasting my time because till today i have not any enlistment date. which keeps me worrying. i dont want to be delayed and i dont want it to be too early either. so yup, please give me april! i still have many uncompleted stuffs. hmm hmm...

work work work, that's what my parents are saying these days. well, time to get a job i guess and not slacking at home in front of the com like now. what a boring and meaningless life to have. so, please please hope i can get one soon! teaching would be good because HIGH SALARY=)

Alright, firstly happy birthday to me yesterday! thanks everyone for making my day a pleasant and wonderful one.
went out with the taiwan pals to town. watched i am the legend at cathay which i thought was rather boring as almost the whole show is about a man fighting for his life. and we even got "1st class seats" so can u imagine. haha. yup after that went to played some pool and arcade at paradiz centre with shufen yongsheng and kenneh. shufen and me really had telepathy or something, we keep getting each other as partners. lols. before dinner, i got a surprise. there was a cake and i had to wear something around my neck. look like clown la. more info pictures below. cmi la everytime i look at the pics i will laugh like mad. after that went to eat newyork newyork. tried some chicken pasta which was so filling that i had a hard time finishing. thank you guys for planning all these. appreciated! thank you cj, fx, claire, kenneth for the toy which look like girl to me lol. thanks shufen yongsheng for the handphone chain with the words"marcel" thank you evon evlin for the chocs and the lollipop and the balloon thingy, think it was your idea right! hahas. yup, thank you all loads and i will rememer to treat u all ice creams and waffles the next time we meet up! =)

after dinner went to met weijie before going to zouk. this was the worst experience i had. we had to queue for 2 hours before getting in! stand until tired already lah. saw gracia clarice and huizhi and they came to queue with us. in the end they went home after queuing for so long because they had to pay for entrance fee too. lame sia. zouk was so much bigger than phuture. dance floor was great except that the day was wrong. so damn crowded and squezzy that one can hardly move about. other than that everything was great. ended at about 5 and we slacked around before hopping onto a bus. reached home at 7am. which is like omg!
nevertheless, a really happy day spent.

went to marina square kbox yesterday!!!! wohooo! so happy to be able to sing with my kbox gang after like 2 years. eelen,huiyi,gary and boney leader spenser. omg that is long! memories of the sec4 days when we would chiong to kbox straight after school. lol we were crazy lah still remembered we went like 3 times a week?! omg. but it was fun fun fun! we took the k buffet so that we could sing and eat at the same time! so cool! but i ate until i had stomachace today. haiz. so spent my day at home today. sang many songs. but realied that we were not as high as before. maybe because we have all grown up. still remember we would sing tuo diao and get high and start jumping on the sofa! lol hope there aren't any cameras inside. anyway, really enjoyed every moment, the singing , the laughter, the jokes, the crapping. hope we have a chance to meet up soon and sing again! boney leader spenser faster go organise! and yup we will be future superstars!! =DD

okay blogging about taiwan now! 8/12/2007 to 15/12/2007. i enjoyed every moment. really really enjoyed! glad to be able to know many new people and yup we are good friends right! yea.. went to visit many places. quite boring though. typical china sceneries like mountains and temples. seen many of them in beijing and shanghai already so that's why it becomes so boring. highlight of the trip was of course the theme park that we went! it was there that we got to know one another, through playing. still remember we were too crazy about taking pics that we took the water slide 3 times just to get our pose right! lols. in the end, we made everyone wait for us.
but so sad we only got to know one another for like 2 days out of the 8 days we were together. on the last night before departuring we had a mini gathering in kenneth's room. chatted and crapped about many stuffs. then we decided to explore the hotel at 4am in the morning. and the sleepy pigs evon and evlin slept on the sofa at the lobby until the guard came up to me and said," wei, ke yi jiao ni de peng you qi lai ma!" (asking me to call them up) lols seriously pigs la if only i had captured the scene! hahas. and it was also their fault that our plan of sending the people taking the eariler CI flight failed. because evon and evlin were snoring loudly! lol jkjk.
shufen and yongsheng extended their trip to hk for 4 days. hope they had a fun time too!
anyway, just wanna thank you guys for making this trip such a wonderful one. you guys are the best! kenneth,claire,evon,evlin,chujun,fengxiang,shufen,yongsheng you all rocks. (not ranked in order) but i rock more! LOLs.

okay just finished packing my luggage. going to taiwan tomorrow for 8 days! realised that yingshuang is going on the 10th. haiz. so wasted eh if not can go there play together. hahas hope we can meet there =p.

prom night was over on monday. that is really a day to remember. a day of celebrating our graduation from tpjc. yes, this also means national service is coming. well, this is all part of the life cycle. anyway, the prom night at grand hyatt was excellent. meet many friends there dressed up so handsomely and prettily. yes i bet xinee will be the first to say the loudest! lols.

the meals were excellent. of course la what u expect from $80 meal. the programme planned was also interesting where we get to see our own friends acting on stage. i love the INDIAN one the most and i am sure sarah likes it too! hahahahas. wasted eh i did not win prom king lols but anyway guess what i am still the winnner of prom night! because i won the 1st prize lucky draw which is an mp4 player!!!!! cool eh.. heheheh.

after that went to zouk for some post prom party. well, being a first timer at zouk and a noobie at clubbing, i kindda enjoyed the dances. hope to go more often. after zouk went to clark quay to have some drink. yes drink... didnt drink much though afraid i will be too drunk to go home. the main purpose was just to be with friends. friends are great, i cant imagine a world without anyone to talk to. life would be so dull and i would rather not live.

yesterday was drama chalet. though not much people went, but i was really glad that i went. thank you J1s for organising this event. the food was great and we chatted and gossiped too. happy to meet up with u guys and i guess this would really really be the last time we will be having such a thing. so yup really appreciate everything. celebrated teckwei's bday too. eh my bday also coming soon hor! lols.
